| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 신규한 페니바실러스 폴리믹사 돌연변이 균주 MDBDO 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 신규한 페니바실러스 폴리믹사(Paenibacillus polymyxa) MDBDO 균주, 이를 이용한 D-2,3-부탄디올 생산 방법, 상기 균주 또는 이의 배양물을 포함하는 항균용 조성물 및 상기 방법으로부터 생산된 D-2,3-부탄디올을 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 페니바실러스 폴리믹사 MDBDO 균주는 메소(Meso)-2,3-부탄디올을 생산하지 않으면서 D-2,3-부탄디올을 선택적으로 생산하는 바, D-2,3-부탄디올의 수율 및 생산성 향상에 우수한 효과가 있고 균체 증식 등 배양 특성이 개선되어 비용 절감이 가능하다. 또한, 페니바실러스 폴리믹사 MDBDO 균주로부터 생산된 D-2,3-부탄디올은 우수한 항균 효과 및 피부 보습 효과가 있는 바, 화장품을 비롯한 다양한 용도로 제공할 수 있다. | - |
