| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 HopQ (Hrp outer protein Q) 단백질을 포함하는 암전이 억제용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 상기 HopQ 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 암전이 억제용 약학적 조성물, 암전이 예방 또는 개선용 건강기능 식품 및 암 전이 억제제 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 HopQ 단백질은 14-3-3 단백질과 상호작용하여, 비멘틴 (vimentin) 단백질의 발현 또는 안정성을 저해하여, 암세포의 이동을 억제함으로써, 암전이를 효과적으로 저해하므로, 본 발명의 HopQ는 암전이 억제용 약학적 조성물과, 암전이 예방 또는 개선용 건강기능 식품으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. | - |
