| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 SYT11 (Synaptotagmin 11) 억제제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 위암 치료용 조성물 및 SYT11의 발현 측정을 포함하는 줄기형 위암의 진단 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 SYT11 억제제를 포함하는 조성물은 위암포의 이동 및 침윤을 억제시키고, 세포외기질에 대한 부착능을 억제시키며, 각종 암 전이 관련 사이토카인의 분비를 억제하며, 위암 세포의 증식을 억제함으로써 위암의 전이 억제, 위암의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물로 우수한 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명에서는 SYT11의 발현과 줄기형 위암과의 상관관계를 확인하였는바, SYT11의 발현 수준을 측정함으로써 줄기형 위암을 진단하는데 우수한 효과가 있다. | - |
