- 본 발명은 방사무늬김 유래의 유전자를 이용한 마이크로스포린 유사 아미노산을 대량 생산하는 난노클로롭시스 형질전환체의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 각각 서열번호 1 및 2의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 방사무늬김 유래의 MAAs(Mycosporine-like amino acids) 생합성 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 난노클로롭시스 살리나에 과발현시킴으로써, 포피라-334(Porphyra-334)와 같은 MAAs를 산업적으로 이용가능하도록 대량 생산할 수 있다.
