- 본 발명은본 발명은 복분자 미숙과 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 대사증후군 질환의 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물 및 식품 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 복분자 미숙과 추출물의 유효성분이 지질 대사 관여 유전인자 및 효소의 발현을 억제하고, 체중, 지방 및 당 내성도를 감소시키며, 중성지질(TG) 및 콜레스테롤, LDL-콜레스테롤을 감소시키고, HDL-콜레스테롤을 증가시키며, 지방간을 억제하며 복분자 미숙과 추출물은 혈액순환을 촉진하여, 뇌혈환 질환 및 심장마비를 유발할 수 있는 대사증후군 예방 및 치료에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
