- 본 발명은 신규한 IL-15-IL-21 융합 폴리펩티드 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명의 IL-21-IL-15 융합 폴리펩티드들은 정상적인 IL-21 및 IL-15 사이토카인에 비해 더욱 우수한 기능을 수행하고, NK 세포 활성화 및 항종양 반응을 유도할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 융합 폴리펩티드라는 특징으로 인하여 간소화된 공정으로 제조할 수 있어, 낮은 비용으로 양질의 사이토 카인 대량 생산에 유용하게 이용할 수 있으므로, 항암 및 면역질환 치료제로서의 잠재력을 지닌다.
