| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 황화수소 검출용 형광 프로브 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. [화학식 1] 상기 화학식 1에서 R은 C1-6 알킬 또는 -(CH2CH2O)n-H 이며, 이 때 n은 1 내지 10의 정수이다. 본 발명에 의한 황화수소를 검출할 수 있는 형광 센서는 신속하고 정확하게 황화수소만을 선택적으로 검출이 가능한 효과를 가진다. 또한, 생체 내 비침습적인 영상을 이용하여 세포 및 조직의 깊은 곳에서 진행되는 생물학적인 현상을 실시간으로 확인이 가능하다. | - |
