- 본 발명은 이중발현벡터를 포함하는 암의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 자세하게는, HIF-1α 억제제 및 항암 싸이토카인을 동시에 발현하는 이중발현벡터를 이용함으로써 대사 항암제와 면역 항암제의 작용을 동시에 유도하여 효과적으로 암을 치료하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
