| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 오미자(Schizandra chinensis) 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 비만 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 오미자 추출물은 백색지방세포에서 에너지 소비에 관여하는 유전자인 UCP-1(Uncoupling protein-1), PGC-1α 및 PRDM16의 발현을 증가시키므로 본 발명의 조성물은 갈색지방 유도 물질 또는 항 비만 물질, 갈색지방세포 유도용 약학적 조성물, 건강기능식품, 화장료 조성물 및 피부 외용제 약학적 조성물로써 사용될 수 있다. | - |
