| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 JAK3 유전자 돌연변이 중증복합면역결핍 동물모델 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 JAK3 유전자 돌연변이 중증복합면역결핍 동물모델은 JAK3 유전자가 특이적으로 결핍되어 있고, 대식세포의 수와 활성을 조절하여 사이토카인의 발현이 조절되고, 종래 중증복합면역결핍 동물모델, 특히 미니돼지에서 관찰되던 흉선, 림프구, Peyer's patch가 완벽히 결손 되어 있다. 또한 본 발명의 동물모델은 JAK3 유전자 돌연변이 의해 발생된 인간 중증 복합 면역 결핍 환자에게서 나오는 유사 표현형 관찰되어 JAK3 SCID 환자의 치료 모델로 활용이 가능하고, 인공혈액 개발용, 또는 이종장기이식용으로 활용이 가능하다. | - |
