- Abstract
- 본 발명은 신규한 사스 코로나 바이러스 2 진단 마커 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 중증급성호흡기증후군 코로나바이러스 2(SARS-CoV-2) 검출용 조성물은 membrane을 타겟으로 하여 현재 유행중인 COVID-19(SARS-CoV-2)의 신속하고 정확한 검증이 가능하다. 특히, 소량의 시료에서도 한 번의 반응으로 중증급성호흡기증후군 (Severe acute respiratory syndrome; SARS) 바이러스 또는 이의 유사 바이러스의 범용적 검출이 가능하며, 다중 프라이머 세트를 사용하지 않아 특이도와 민감도를 크게 개선하였다는 점에 우수한 효과를 가진다.
