| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 일차성 골수섬유증 세포 모델 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 거핵구-적혈구 전구세포는 일차성 골수섬유증과 유사하게 전구세포의 과다 증식 및 거핵구 또는 혈소판으로의 분화 감소 등의 특징을 나타내며, 이를 이용하여 일차성 골수섬유증의 치료 약물을 스크리닝할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 거핵구적혈구 전구세포는 일차성 골수섬유증 치료제 개발에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. | - |
