- Abstract
- 본 발명은 체액 검사 기반 퇴행성 뇌질환 진단 및 모니터링 기술에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 검출 시스템을 이용하는 경우 노이즈 등의 문제를 최소화하면서 효과적인 실시간 진단 효율을 나타낼 수 있다. 특히, 미량으로 존재하는 miRNA를 높은 검출 효율로 검출하고 이를 진단함으로써 알츠하이머 병을 포함하는 퇴행성 뇌질환에 대한 우수한 진단 효과를 나타낸다.
