| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 다중불포화지방산을 기질로 하는 모노-하이드록시 또는 디-하이드록시 유도체 생성용 효소 및 이를 이용한 모노-하이드록시 또는 디-하이드록시 유도체 생산 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 효소는 다중불포화지방산을 기질로 이용하여 단 한번의 반응으로 다중불포화지방산의 모노-하이드록시 또는 디-하이드록시 유도체를 생산해 낼 수 있는 효과가 있어서 다중불포화지방산의 모노-하이드록시 또는 디-하이드록시 유도체의 생체 외 생산에 매우 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 상기 효소로부터 생성된 다중불포화지방산의 모노-하이드록시 또는 디-하이드록시 유도체를 포함하는 조성물은 콜라겐 생성을 촉진하는 효과가 있어서 피부 노화나 주름을 예방, 개선 또는 치료하는데 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. | - |
