- 본 발명은 메틸설폰아미드계 유도체 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 암전이 억제용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명의 화합물들이 CSE1L(chromosome segregation 1-like) 활성을 저해하고, 세포내 핵수송 기능을 억제함으로써 암세포의 이동 및/또는 침윤을 억제하여 암전이를 효과적으로 억제한다.
