| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 비흡연성 비소세포 폐암 환자의 면역상태 판단용 바이오마커 및 이를 이용한 비흡연성 비소세포 폐암 환자의 면역 상태에 대한 정보를 제공하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 비흡연자 비소세포 폐암 면역 상태 판단용 PTPN7 마커 및 PTPN7 발현 정도를 측정하여 비흡연 비소세포 폐암 환자의 면역 상태에 대한 정보를 제공하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 비흡연성 비소세포 폐암 환자의 유전자를 분석하여 클러스터링 한 결과, 종양 내 면역 상태에 따라 핫(hot), 인터미디어트-ECMH(intermediate-ECM-H), 인터미디어트-ECM-L(intermediate-ECM-L) 및 콜드(cold) 단계와 같이 4개의 클러스터로 분류되는 것을 확인하였으며, 각 단계에 대한 유전자를 분석한 결과, PTPN7이 비흡연자 비소세포 폐암의 면역환경을 판단하는 바이오마커임을 확인하였다. 따러서, 본 발명의 PTPN7 마커는 비흡연 비소세포 폐암 환자의 면역상태 판단을 위해 활용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 이를 이용하여 면역상태에 따른 치료에 대한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. | - |
