- Abstract
- 본 발명은 파우시박터 속(Paucibacter sp.) DH15 균주, 이의 배양액 또는 배양여액을 유효성분으로 포함하는, 미세조류 살조용 조성물; 상기 살조용 조성물을 담수 녹조 발생 또는 발생 우려지역에 처리하는 단계를 포함하는, 녹조 방제 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 미세조류 살조용 조성물은 녹조의 원인이 되는 미세조류의 생장을 저해하고 이를 분해하여 사멸하는 효과가 있으며, 특히 마이크로시스티스 에루지노사에 대한 선택적 살조활성을 통해 녹조 방제 용도로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
