- 본 발명은 EeCpf1에 의해 IL2Rg 유전자가 돌연변이된 면역부전 동물모델 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 높은 효율로 IL2Rg 유전자 넉아웃에 의한 면역부전 동물모델의 제조가 가능하므로, 면역 관련 질환, 예를 들어, 암과 같은 질환에 대한 연구에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있는 동물모델의 제조가 가능하다.
