- 본 발명은 다프난 또는 포볼 다이터펜계 화합물, 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 포함하는 신경퇴행성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명의 다프난 또는 포볼 다이터펜계 화합물은 Nurr1 단백질을 활성화시키고, 염증 반응을 억제함으로써 Nurr1 단백질의 활성 억제로 인해 유발되는 신경퇴행성 질환을 예방 또는 치료할 수 있다.
