- 본 발명은 그래핀 필름 및 상기 그래핀 필름에 고정화된 나노베지클(TRPA1을 포함)을 포함하는 그래핀 채널 부재, 기판; 상기 그래핀 채널 부재; 및 한쌍의 전극을 포함하는 그래핀 트랜지스터, 이를 포함하는 바이오 센서, 그리고 상기 바이오 센서에 시료를 처리하는 단계; 및 상기 바이오 센서의 전기적 신호를 측정하는 단계;를 포함하는, 시료로부터 살생물제를 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
