- Abstract
- 본 발명은 N-말단 아르기닌화된 단백질과 특이적으로 결합하는 폴리펩타이드 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 N-말단 아르기닌화된 단백질과의 결합력 및 특이도가 현저히 향상된 p62 ZZ 도메인 유래의 폴리펩타이드, 이의 변이체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명이 제공하는 폴리펩타이드는 단백질의 N-말단 아르기닌에 높은 결합력을 보이며, 이의 점 돌연변이체는 N-말단 아르기닌에 대한 특이도가 매우 높아, N-말단 아르기닌 특이적이고 선택적인 표적물질 개발에 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
