- Abstract
- 본 발명은 방사선 돌연변이 식물체의 원형질체 배양을 통한 내염성 식물체의 신속 선발 및 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 (a) 식물체에 방사선을 조사하는 단계; (b) 상기 (a) 단계의 방사선 조사 식물체로부터 원형질체를 분리하는 단계; (c) 상기 (b) 단계의 분리된 원형질체를 염을 포함하는 배지에서 배양하여 콜로니 형성을 유도하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 (c) 단계에서 유도된 콜로니로부터 식물체를 재분화하는 단계;를 포함하는, 내염성 돌연변이 식물체의 제조 방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 내염성 돌연변이 식물체에 관한 것이다.
