| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 프로디지오신을 유효성분으로 함유하는 큐티박테리움 항균용 조성물 및 여드름 치료제에 관한 것으로, 상기 프로디지오신은 대장균 및 녹농균에 대해서는 항균효과를 나타내 못하였으나, 황색포도상구균과 큐티박테움에는 항균 효과를 나타내는 것을 확인하였으며, 특히 저농도에서도 큐티박테리움에 대한 우수한 항균효과가 나타나는 것을 확인함에 따라, 상기 프로디지오신을 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물은 큐티박테리움 항균용 조성물 및 여드름 치료제로 제공될 수 있다. | - |
