- Abstract
- 본 발명은 목적 유전자로 형질전환된 숙주세포를 선별하기 위한 키트 및 이 를 이용하여 형질전환된 숙주세포를 제작하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 키트 및 방법을 이용하면 하나 이상의 목적 유전자를 포함하는 복수의 플라스미드로 형질전환된 세포를 CRISPRi 시스템을 이용하여 항생제 없이 높은 효율로 선별할 수 있고, 상기 하나 이상의 목적 유전자를 포함하는 복수의 플라스미드를 세포 내에서 안정적으로 유지할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 목적 유전자에서 발현되는 목적 산물의 생산을 증가시킬 수 있다.
