- Abstract
- 본 발명은 2S-2`메톡시쿠라리논(2S-2`methoxy-kurarinone)을 유효성분으로 포함하는, 심혈관질환 치료보조용 약학 조성물; 심혈관질환 개선보조용 건강식품 조성물; 및 이를 이용한 심혈관질환 예방 또는 치료 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 2S-2`메톡시쿠라리논을 유효성분으로 포함하는, 심혈관질환 치료 보조용 약학 조성물은 심혈관치료제인 스타틴의 투여에 따른 부작용인 PCSK9 발현 증가를 억제 및 LDLR의 생성증가에 대한 효과를 가지며, 스타틴에 의해 감소된 AMPK의 증가 활성을 가지므로 심혈관질환의 치료보조용도로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
