- 본 발명은 방사무늬김(Pyropia yezoensis) U6 유전자 유래의 프로모터 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 서열번호 1의 염기서열로 이루어진 방사무늬김 유래 U6 프로모터는 거대조류의 유전체 교정에 활용될 수 있으므로 김을 비롯한 다양한 해조류의 품종 개량에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.
