- Abstract
- 본 발명은 갈락토스 이용에 관여하는 모든 유전자가 결손된 효모 균주를 사용하여 재조합 단백질을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 갈락토스 이용에 관여하는 모든 유전자가 결손된 변이주는 갈락토스 사용 없이도 종래 균주보다 재조합 단백질 발현율과 세포 성장이 현저히 우수하므로 저렴한 비용으로 재조합 단백질을 대량생산할 수 있는 바, 산업 용도의 재조합 단백질 발현 시스템 구축에 적용할 수 있다.
