- Abstract
- 본 발명은 유전자 검출 신호 증폭이 가능한 신개념 다중 유전자 진단 기술에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 유전자 진단 기술은 효소 및 온도 제어와 무관한 연료 보조 DNA 캐스케이드 반응을 적용, 즉 연료 각성제 강화 증폭 (fuel stimulant poweredamplification) 기반의 기술을 적용함으로써 유전자 검출 신호에 대한 높은 감도를 가진다. 또한, 연료 각성제 강화 증폭 (fuel stimulant powered amplification) 기반의 기술의 적용을 위하여 제작한 프로브 복합체 각각을 하이드로겔에 담지함으로써 2종 이상의 표적 핵산을 동시에 선택적이고도 민감하게 식별하여 검출할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
