- Abstract
- 본 발명은 화학식 1로 표시되는 스컬캅플라본 Ⅱ의 유도체를 함유하는 아토피 피부염의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물의 유효성분인 스컬캅플라본 Ⅱ는 시험관내 및 생체내 실험에서 아토피 피부염에 대한 뛰어난 염증 억제 효과 및 가려움증 개선 효과를 나타내므로, 종래의 치료제들을 대체하거나 이와 병용이 가능한 아토피 피부염의 예방 또는 치료제로서 유용하게 사용 될 수 있다.
