- Abstract
- 본 발명은 BRD2(Bromodomain-containing protein 2)에 특이적으로 결합하는 자가면역항체(오토항체) 암 바이오마커, 상기 자가면역항체의 검출을 위한 항원결정부위를 포함하는 폴리펩타이드를 포함하는 간암 진단용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 간암 진단 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 BRD2(Bromodomain-containing protein 2) 특이반응 자가면역항체(오토항체)의 검출을 위한 항원결정부위를 포함하는 폴리펩타이드를 포함하는 간암 진단용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 간암 진단 방법은 조직검사를 하지 않고 혈액, 혈장, 혈청, 림프액과 같은 비칩습적 생물학적 시료를 이용하는 것만으로도 간암 진단이 가능하다. 또한, 상기 방법은 상기 자가면역항체 검출 민감도 및 특이도가 현저히 높은 바, 간암 진단시 유용하다.
