Abstract
Five new meroterpenes (1?5), have been isolated and elucidated from the seeds of Psoralea corylifolia together with four known bakuchiol analogues (6?9). The structures of these compounds were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis (NMR, HRESIMS and CD). Among them, compounds 1?9 were found to exhibit selective inhibitory activity on DGAT1 with IC50 values ranging from 54.4 ± 1.3 to 98.2 ± 1.1 μM.
