- Abstract
- 메모리 B 세포 특이적 분화 유도 방법 및 이의 활용에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 개체로부터 수득한 생물학적 시료에 항-CD3 항체 또는 리간드; 및 항CD28 항체 또는 리간드를 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 메모리 B 세포 특이적 분화 유도 방법 및 이를 이용한 특정 항원에 특이적인 메모리 B 세포 검출 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에 따르면 생물학적 시료에 존재하는 메모리 B 세포만을 특이적으로 분화할 수 있어, 상기 생물학적 시료를 제공한 개체가 특정 항원을 포함하는 병원성 물질에 감염이 된 이력이 있는지 여부를 매우 정확하고 신속하게 분석할수 있다.
