dc.description.abstractLarge sc le purification to get antifungal antibiotic KRF-001 of 90% purity, was investigated using preparative HPLC. Crude KRF-001 was purified by XAD-7 adsorption chromatography, acid precipitation and mi:rofiltration. Microfiltration was the most effective isolation method of crude KRF-001. The purification methods using Cl8 chromatography was convenient compared with the conventional methods. Delta 1 AK C18 column and Bonda PAK CIS column were adapted large scale purification of KRF-001. Gradie it system of prep HPLC using Del切 PAK Cu column was more effective. With these conditions, final ecovery of KRF-001 yielded 77%.-
