- Abstract
- 본 발명은 (a) 목적 단백질 또는 펩티드를 암호화하는 영역, (b) 5'말단에 B-globin UTR 영역, 및 (c) 3'말단에 BGH, BGH-IRES, 또는 IRES-BGH가 삽입된 영역을 포함하는, mRNA 또는 mRNA 구조체(mRNA construct)에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 mRNA 또는 mRNA 구조체는 키메라 항원 수용체 또는 키메라항원수용체 단백질(Chimeric antigen receptor protein, CAR protein) 의 세포 내 발현 또는 발현 안정성 향상과 세포 내 지속성 향상, 상기 키메라항원수용체의 체내 안전성을 높이고 암세포의 살상능을 증가시켜,항암용 약학 조성물과 고형암을 표적하는 항암면역요법에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
