- 본 발명은 금속 나노 구조체 층, 상기 금속 나노 구조체 층 상에, 상기 금속 나노 구조체와 접하여 형성된 그래핀 층, 상기 그래핀 층의 양 말단에 형성된 전극 및 상기 그래핀 층 상부에 배치된 검출 대상 물질에 특이적인 수용체를 포함하는, LSPR(Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance) 센서 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
