- 본 발명은 신규한 바실러스 속 B19-108 균주 및 그의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 균주는 크산토모나스 캄페스트리스 균주에 대한 항균 효능이 우수하여 이를 이용한 검은썩음병 방제에 탁월한 효과를 나타내며, 종래 재배적 방제 대비 환경오염 문제가 없어 친환경적인 방제를 할 수 있다. 또한, 프로테아제 및 아밀라아제 효소 활성이 우수하여 이를 처리하는 경우, 토양 부숙능을 증대시키는 효과를 나타낼 수 있다.
