- Abstract
- 본 발명은 탄수화물결합모듈66(carbohydrate binding module 66, CBM66)을 목적 단백질과 융합하여 발현함으로써 목적 단백질의 가용성 발현을 향상시키고 CBM66과 레반의 결합능을 이용하여 목적 단백질을 정제하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 탄수화물결합모듈66과 융합하여 재조합 단백질을 발현하면 난발현성 단백질의 경우에도 우수한 수준으로 가용성으로 발현할 수 있으며, 상기 융합 단백질은 레반을 이용하여 효과적으로 정제할 수 있다.
