- Abstract
- 본 발명은 아커만시아 뮤시니필라(Akkermansia muciniphila) 유래의 TARS(threonyl-tRNA synthetase) 또는 이의 단편을 유효성분으로 포함하는, 염증성 질환의 예방, 개선 및 치료 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 본 발명에 따른 아커만시아 뮤시니필라 TARS 또는 이의 단편은 항염증 대식세포인 M2 대식세포의 분화를 촉진시켜 대식세포를 증식시킴으로써 항염증 사이토카인인 IL-10의 분비를 증가시키고 이를 통해 B 세포를 증식시켜 항염증 효과를 나타내는 바, 염증성 질환 뿐만 아니라 염증을 동반하는 면역 질환, 감염 질환 및 대사성 질환의 개선 효과를 나타내며, 특히 염증성 장질환(inflammatory bowel disease, IBD) 등의 예방 또는 치료에 우수한 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.
