GPX4 저해제와 Lp-PLA2 저해제를 포함하는 본 발명의 약학적 조성물은 항암제-내성 암 세포주에서 페롭토시스에 의한 세포 사멸에 시너지 효과를 나타내어 암 치료제 개발에 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. | - |
