Abstract
KRIBB-BP005m, A novel tetracyclic compound containing a lactone which inhibits cholesteryl ester transfer protein (CETP), was isolated from a culture broth of Trichothecium roseum F1064 and the structure of KRIBB-BP005m was elucidated on the basis of 500MHz NMR experiments.
