dc.description.abstractEthyl acetate was produced from gaseous ethanol and acetic acid using a lipase from Porcine Pancreas at 25°C. Its production was investigated at different moisture content of lipase enzyme powder because it is known that moisture content of enzyme affects the reaction in the gas phase.-
