dc.description.abstractInhibitory activity of twenty four 3- or 4- substituted - I - azaanthraquinones were studied on Farnesyl protein transferase (FPTase) and Srchomology 2 domain (SH2) binding. The most activi compound 16 showed 76.7% inhibition on FPTase at 100μg/ml and 64.4% inhibition of SH2 at 50μg/ml.-
