dc.description.abstractOut of four different feeding strategies tested for the production of extracellular recombinant glucose oxidase from Saccharomyces cerevisiae, constant feeding of galactose on the exhaustion of initial glucose, gave the highest yield - 154 U/ml which was 62% above the yield achieved in batch operation (95 U/ml).-
