dc.description.abstract | Investigation of the whole plant of Isodon excisus resulted in the isolation of two new apoptosis inhibitors (1 and 2). Compounds 1 and 2 inhibited etoposide-induced apoptosis in U937 cells with IC50 values of 10.2 and 52.4 μg/mL, respectively. The structures of 1 and 2 were determined by spectral data interpretation. | - |
