- Abstract
- 본 발명은 유산균을 이용한 마늘 발효액을 유효성분으로 하는 항균 활성 물질에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 유산균을 이용하여 마늘을 발효시킨 발효액을 유효성분으로 하는 그람 양성균과 그람 음성균과 효모 및 항생제 내성균에 대하여 항균활성을 갖는 항균 활성 물질에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 유산균을 이용한 마늘발효액을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항균 활성 물질은 세균 또는 진균을 억제하여 균 감염의 예방 및 치료제로서 사용가능하다.
