- 본 발명은 역 임프린트 방식을 이용한 패터닝 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 패터닝 방법은 미세 패터닝 공정을 단순하고 효과적으로 수행할 수 있으며, 전사된 패턴에 잔류층이 남지 않아 잔류층을 제거하기 위한 후속 공정의 수행없이 기판에 패터닝할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
