- 본 발명은 Cmah, Ggta1, 및 iGb3s 유전자가 결손된 형질전환 마우스, 및 그의 용도에 관한 것이다. 약물의 흡수, 분포, 대사, 배설에 다양한 당단백질이 관여 하므로, 인간과 유사한 구조를 보이는 당쇄 말단을 가지는 본 발명에 따른 형질전환 마우스 모델은, 약물의 비임상시험에 사용된 경우 다양한 약물 효능 시험에서 기존의 마우스 모델보다 인간의 반응을 더 잘 대변할 것으로 기대된다.
