- 본 발명은 GPX4 저해제 및 Lp-PLA2 저해제를 포함하는 암 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 항암제 내성을 나타내는 세포주에서 페롭토시스에 의한 세포 사멸의 시너지 효과를 나타내는 GPX4 저해제 및 Lp-PLA2 저해제를 포함하는 암 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. GPX4 저해제와 Lp-PLA2 저해제를 포함하는 본 발명의 약학적 조성물은 항암제-내성 암 세포주에서 페롭토시스에 의한 세포 사멸에 시너지 효과를 나타내어 암 치료제 개발에 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
